What I like to read:  young adult/teen fiction, romantic suspense, thrillers, inspirational/Christian fiction (especially contemporary fantasy and thrillers, but not books that preach at me incessantly), mysteries (including cozies, and especially wacky/funny/off-the-wall/specialized-occupation cozies), GLBQT fiction, women's fiction, television serials (especially C.S.I. and C.S.I.: MIAMI), horror, books about cults, and non-fiction about any topic that I find interesting.  Some true crime, some chick-lit.  I don't read historical fiction AT ALL.  I like fantasy, but only if it's contemporary fantasy.  Same with paranormal stories, which I love, but they have to be contemporary.  I only read a select bit of science fiction. 

I collect books by Dean Koontz, Stephen King, and J.D. Robb -- you won't find their titles on my bookshelf unless I have multiple copies.  Oh, and I review a number of children's books, since my kids and I read together several times a week.
